At Little Yogi, we understand that childhood is a time of rapid physical and psychological growth.
Children experience increases in height, weight, and size, with developing neuromuscular coordination and internal organs. Psychologically, they are impressionable, curious, and creative, while behaviourally, they often imitate, experiment, and challenge their environment.
Yoga can support children in reaching their full potential, promoting healthy and fulfilling lifestyles.
Unlike fragmented approaches, our comprehensive programme helps children develop healthy habits, maintain inner peace, and connect mind and body in harmony, enhancing both physical strength and emotional well-being.
We choose yoga, because when children see, children do.
