Yes, beginners are welcome. Our camp is designed to accommodate all skill levels, ensuring everyone can participate and benefit from the sessions.
Our camp for 3 to 6 year olds accommodates up to 20 children, with three adults on hand to provide individual attention and a supportive, engaging environment. For 7 to 10 year olds, the camp accommodates up to 12 children with two adults present.
Daily activities include anatomy lessons, nutrition and healthy habits discussion, breathwork and mindfulness practice, two daily 30 minutes yoga sessions, and exploring yoga principles like Yamas and Niyamas. The camp runs from 8 am to 12 pm, Monday to Friday.
